Simon founded Ikon Communications with one of the largest advertisers in the country – the Commonwealth Bank. The agency won multiple awards for its blue-chip clients, was voted Media Agency of the Year six times and awarded National Ad Agency in 2009. Ikon grew rapidly with seven offices across Australia and New Zealand with over 200 employees. After selling Ikon to WPP, Simon helped establish Bohemia which became the fasted growing Media Agency in 2015 before being sold to M&C Saatchi.
